About Us

A cozy bar area with drinks and decorations. — Reedley Elks Lodge
A cozy bar area with drinks and decorations.

Twenty-seven years. That's how long one member has called Reedley Elks Lodge home, and that kind of loyalty doesn't happen by accident. Situated on 8th Street in Reedley, this lodge has built a reputation so warm that first-time visitors leave describing it as an absolute must-see. The doors open daily around 5 p.m., giving working folks a place to land after a long day in the fields or at the shop.

The BPOE stands for Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, and every word of that name shows up here. Members are deeply committed to causes that strengthen the surrounding community, from youth programs to veterans support to local scholarships. This isn't a social club that talks about giving back. It's one that actually does it, meeting on the second Tuesday of each month to organize, plan, and act.

With a 4.7-star rating earned from real community members, the lodge's reputation rests on something simple: genuinely good people who show up for each other and for Reedley, CA. If you've ever wanted to belong to something that matters, this is the place.

What We Offer

The lodge opens its doors every evening around 5 p.m., offering members a comfortable lounge to unwind, connect, and catch up with neighbors who have become lifelong friends. Regular monthly meetings keep the membership organized and energized around charitable initiatives that reach every corner of the Kings County region.

Community programs run throughout the year, including scholarship drives for local students, support for veterans and active-duty military families, and holiday events that bring the broader Reedley community together. The lodge also hosts private gatherings and fraternal events in a space that feels genuinely welcoming rather than formal or stuffy.

Membership opens the door to a national network of over 800,000 Elks members across the country, while keeping its roots firmly planted right here on 8th Street. Whether you're a long-standing Reedley resident or new to the area, the lodge offers a ready-made community that's been tested by decades of real friendship.

A Proud Heritage

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
